Individual services

In addition to the production of films, edges and laminates, we offer a comprehensive range of other services to meet your individual requirements. We strive to support your projects from start to finish and can therefore also provide additional services using your own materials. Our experienced team is at your disposal to develop and implement tailor-made solutions, be it in the processing of wood materials, plastics or other materials. From advice and planning to production and delivery, we support you with expertise and commitment to ensure that your projects are successfully implemented.

Individual services

Embossing station

Our embossing station enables the application of different surface structures to edge and foil material. A wide range of wood and pearl embossings, in varying thicknesses and intensities, are available. The backside of the edge material is hot melt coated on the hot melt adhesive coating system. The hot melt adhesives we use melt quickly and allow high machine feed rates during processing.

Pilot project

With two roll saws and a re-rolling station, we are able to assemble goods in a wide variety of shapes, whether sawing mother and daughter rolls, clipping them into sheets or re-rolling them into a wide variety of formats. Our pilot plant with a production width of up to 650 mm enables us to produce special products in the areas of impregnation, painting and back coating. Here we manufacture products with exclusive varnishes, primers, glues, hardeners or adhesion promotersYou, or develop new products or their optimization with you.

Individually - according to your specifications

Our delivery program also includes phenolic impregnations and melamine films with various resin entries in application-related equipment and packaging. Your goods will be formatted and packaged according to your specifications. We deliver in the form, labeling and packaging you require and ensure that the goods reach their destination safely.
