Lignastar

Lignastar edges are high-quality edge materials that were specially developed for coating wood materials. Manufactured from soaked plain and decorative papers with base weights of 140 to 250 g/m² and in thicknesses of 0.20 mm to 0.40 mm, they offer a robust and aesthetically pleasing solution for various applications.

Lignastar - primed edges, blind edges and single-layer edges

for all areas of application

The wide range of options in terms of surface and backside designs, such as finish varnishes or overpaintable coatings, as well as the option to apply various structures and backside coatings with hot melt, primer or glue, make it possible to produce edge materials for almost all areas of application. This flexibility makes Lignastar edges an ideal choice for a wide range of applications in the woodworking industry.

Lignastar as roll goods

These edging materials are available in rolls, with widths of 650mm, and can also be cut into narrow surfaces from 15mm to suit the needs of various projects.Different types of edges are available for different profile requirements, including standard types for straight profiles, softforming variants for small radii and special rebate qualities for door rebates. This diversity makes it possible to ensure precise and professional surface processing of wood materials.
